Farsi numerals are included highlighting 678 which recalls Forugh's identity card she references in her poem above. Consumerism, women as objects of commodification. ,the qajar branding craze, and Forugh's poetry are hand screened and hand painted onto a mesh Dot Lace made into a late 90's cut mock neck long sleeve top. The central image is an illustration by Hushidar Mortezaie based on a photoshoot of his friend , Asal Farjam, founder of Bidoun Magazine .
