Sun Goddess Babydoll Sweatshirt dress

This one of a kind cotton babydoll sweatshirt dress handprinted by Hushidar Mortezaie with opaque screen prints of the Iranian symbol of woman and the sun, the Sun Goddess known as Khorshid Khanoum.  Center front it reads in Persian script , ای مرز پر گوهر , translating into O'Jewel Studded Land from the original national Iranian anthem and زن ایرانی گوهر جهان which means Iranian women are  jewels on earth.

Iranian bot-e jegheh paisleys flanking a slogan that reads زن زندگی آزادی which means Woman Life Freedom are printed on the left sleeve. On the right sleeve and the  back, between two paisleys it says  in Persian script , ای مرز پر گوهر , translating into O'Jewel Studded Land . Paisleys are printed all over the skirt of the dress.
